Realistically what’s the % Pruitt survives...

97 percent. Phil Fulmer willl not fire him this year. Covid year makes it even more so.
Correct. Maybe this will be pruitt’s Dabo moment like w Taj Boyd when he was on thin ice...well, first he’d have to actually play a qb with an upside, so, never mind. Still not going anywhere this year too much $$$ UT doesn’t have

It has been a while since I have been on here due to numerous reasons and also being out of the country for a bit. I will say this, about 20 alumni who are on the "outside" of the biggest donors we usually hear about, have put together the buyout money for Pruitt with the caveat that 3 certain coaches be the one who is hired in his place. This is a one time offer that was presented to UT administration this week. The fact of the one time offer is due to certain tax credits and other reasons that will soon expire. There are a few folks on here who know I am, so they can vouch for me. You can message me if you have further questions.

Wouldn't bet against him being the Coach in 21. He is well respected in South Georgia when recruiting and the players/high school coaches like him. Too bad he picked Chaney who is not utilizing the Offensive talent this group has. No game strategy for various opponents. Same old plays and the opponents know them.

I say 30% , recruiting class is already starting to fall apart. If the powers that be and power donors can get there guy there will be a change IMO. Only one who really knows is Jimmy Sexton. To much money to loose next season once the vaccine is here , fan base is apathetic. I’ll always root for the Vols, but SC and UK shouldn’t be our rivals. It needs to be FL , Bama, and Georgia. Hell beating Candy isn’t a given anymore. Yes, I want Freeze 🥶, make it happen Sexton!

Freeze better be one of those 3

A think a loss to Vandy makes it far more likely he is fired. I think he survives if he beats them. That a coach is "coaching for his job" vs Vandy.... tells you pretty much all you need to know.
He's gone then Vandy has more heart!! another L for them Vols !!

Well, there are two types of survival in this scenario.
1) He remains employed.
2) He is remains embraced by the fan base, recruits continue to give him the time of day, excitement for the program abounds, ect.

He very well may remain employed, but ...

Is as close to being our coach as Pruitt is to being fired.

It. Will. Not. Happen. This. Year.

How about pulling for the young men still on this team competing.

Harrison Bailey time vs Florida.

Book it you bunch of whiners
Aight.

You dun real good by showing these fans. Hell they don't deserve him as a coach anyway. Couldn't even show up to his first spring game! And now they want to question him about his QB?

You in UT Admin or a booster? If not , you don’t know for sure and are guessing/hoping like the rest of us.

You tell em op. Amd he done getting it done at there right? I mean...we done good. We lost by 28 but we done good. They just dine gooder that’s all. Lol. But seriously...Tennessee absolutely can come up with the money. Football brings in 100+ Million in revenue annually. And they obviously don’t have to pay that all at once. When you hear tn will lose 40M this year I’d say that’s referring to list revenue from ticket sales etc. they’re still making a ton on the sec tv deal and merchandise sales. The question is will finer support a change or will he fight it tooth and nail. If he were supportive and went to the power that be he’d definitely be able to get it done. Unfortunately, we’ll probably have to replace fulmer in order for Pruitt to go. Which is fine by me
