Is there anything positive you can tell us? Anything at all? Seriously, I could use the pick me up, because right now, the sky appears to be falling. I've been a fan for a long time. Marched in the POTS when I was at UT. I've loved this program through good and bad. But it's pretty bleak at the moment and I could really use something to have hope that we're going to get better, and nothing I've seen says that we will.

If Chadwell was from Arizona or Ohio instead of East Tennessee, absolutely nobody would know who he is and this fanbase would absolutely riot if he was hired.

He might be a fine coach, but he's getting buzz purely because of where he's from combined with making noise during a weird pandemic year at a school located in the southeast.

Others here have mentioned on this board that he'd never consider coming here, and we'd never consider him, because of what happened with Gary Patterson anyway.

And yes, he's a joke. His teams have gotten worse each year he's been at Tech.
