Clausen was a good college QB. Not sure why you feel the need to discount that other than you just like to be argumentative. Tebow is easily one of the top college QBs of all time, but he was a huge failure as an NFL QB. Different games.

I’m not discounting clausen. I said he was a good player. I responding to a post that had clausen in the same conversation as deshaun Watson, trevor Lawrence, Tim Tebow, and Alex smith etc.

if you can’t see the difference in those players and Casey clausen, that’s a you problem.

Just for Statistical reasons.

Eli Manning college career (1st pick overall)
60.8 pct
10119 pass yards
81 TD’s and 35 ints
7.4 y/a

Casey Clausen
61.0 pct
9707 pass yards
75 tds and 31 ints
7.5 y/a

Pretty similar to me.

GOOOOOO CLAUSEN

Why can’t we just make a stellar offer to Urban Meyer? I really don’t think we are as serious as we need to be about winning. I know Urban would never come here but if you ponied up you could pay for a good coach. We aren’t in the gutter like some think. We have talent and can be easily recruited to. The East isn’t so far off that a good coach couldn’t win it and more. It’s time to get real and serious.

Varies greatly on the seats. I think some are $1000 or $1250. Sections U and T are like $2500 per seat. Terrace is $2500 per seat after capital contribution. Don't even talk about club levels.
I think the expensive donation seats are less turnover risk than the lessor seats simply because they can drop them and get equal seats later. I think those are at the most risk for non-renewal.

Meh, Wilson, Parker, Stallworth, Washington, Witten.

Stallworth took a lot of screen passes to the house. Not bashing Clausen, but he had a lot of help.

Can you name any Ole Miss Receivers for Eli?

Again, I like Clausen. I just don’t think he should be in the conversation with Peyton, Heath, or Dobbs. He was a great game manager and did what he was asked to do, but our offense didn’t put up big numbers with Clausen. It was all about TOP and Defense.
We have different memories. Ceptin his injury riddled junior season he was good for 17 tds in a partial true freshman season, 22 as a sophomore and 27 as a senior. Compare that to 2, 9, 15 and 27 for Dobbs. You can add 11 rushing TDs his junior season and 12 his senior season, but that’s still not the offensive lallopalooza you’re projecting. Shuler had 1, 10 and 25 and Peyton? Well Peyton was better.
