He's either truly delusional or just manipulating his base with no regard for the long term consequences to the nation's confidence in the election system. Sounds like the plan is to argue that the US Constitution gives powers in US elections to state legislators, and not governors, SoSs or election committees.

The State Legislators have made the changes. What governors made changes? The only governor that made changes that I recall was Abbot in Texas.

Not wanting to argue with you, but am interested to know have you seen his plan to unify the country besides just promises?
I think if he really wanted to unify the country he would already have spoken out against the crime, the riots, the censorship of media like Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc. If he really wanted to he would reach out to the Trump side and tell them he knows there pain and worry and what they fear, but that he is going to commit to making specific changes, not pack the Supreme Court, not take away our guns rights, protect our constitution.
Personally, I would feel much better if he did that, instead of vague promises. basically he is just saying, “trust me.”

Biden can’t make any promises such as not packing the Supreme Court because he is only a conduit and can’t make such weighty decisions on his own.

He’s manipulating a gullible base and he absolutely doesn’t care about the long term ramifications. That and he’s raising money to cover debts. Funny story about the goof in North Carolina who donated $2.5 million to some fringe organization who promised overturning the election. He’s now suing to get it back because of non-performance. Some folks got more money than they got sense. Another in a long line of cons by Trump and his minions.
