New lawsuit in Wisconsin following the same strategy as the one in PA and Lin Wood's in GA, claiming election laws were illegally changed to create an unconstitutional election.

In this one, the lawsuit contends that the Wisconsin Election Commission is not Constitutionally entitled to change election law. They changed law to allow ballot drop boxes, so any vote that was submitted by drop box has to be invalidated. If they can't distinguish votes that were dropped at drop boxes, then the entire election is unconstitutional and the state legislature should assign electors.

The suit is asking the Wisc Supreme Court to block election certification.

This is in addition to a WI suit by Republicans asking for almost 200,000 votes to be tossed as illegally cast and counted.

Faced with the same losing deficit in the electoral college (306 to 232), Hillary Clinton conceded defeat with a gracious concession speech the day after the election in 2016. The only precedent for what Trump is doing, would be the 2000 election. However, this election has nothing in common with Bush v Gore. That election involved a margin of less than 2,000 votes on election night in just one state. The final margin separating the two was just 537 votes. Even in spite of Bush's brother being the Governor of that contested state, Gore never said that election was "rigged".... and he did end up giving a gracious concession speech himself on December 12th. This behavior from Trump is truly unprecedented in American history. There is no need to call him a "sore loser"... Trump is just a loser.

Because different people didn't think an election 20 years ago was massively defrauded, this election couldn't have been defrauded?

I have a hard time with people claiming the mail in balloting did not open up this election for fraud. With voter rolls not being cleared properly and verified, it was absolutely going to be problematic.

Even the dissenting opinion said no, and kick rocks. There is no legal argument based in reality to throw out valid ballots because you lost.

Southfield clerk will go to trial on six felony charges

Rozell, after questioning Hawkins about her ballot sheets, said it appeared "that the ballot return dates for voters were added or removed from the report in order to force the reports to balance to the number of ballots tabulated for each precinct on Election Night."

A lot of "patriots" promising big things if a certain line is crossed. But they had their chance when the coronabros cancelled Easter this past April and really in the Michigan state house when they went in their waving their guns but didn't burst a grape.
