I saw a bleeding heart Ossoff commercial on TV this evening. Truly disgusting POS - attempting to be sincere with the times are bad but we'll recover with Biden leading the way BS message. I hope Georgians aren't as stupid as they proved be in round 1, but I'm certainly not betting against it.

That's a consolation prize, and it worked against obama, but memories among the electorate unfortunately have very short half cycles.

From what has been called, the GOP flipped 11 seats. There may be more. But I'm not sure anyone can claim a "tsunami" when the House is still going to be under Nancy, the Senate might be a 50-50 tie with Kamala as the breaker, and Trump soundly defeated. No one gets to claim a wave, honestly.

Apparently they are getting an influx of people temporarily moving to the state...Yang is doing it...I fully expect the Dems to sweep the election ironically due to Yanks and carpetbaggers Thinking About Moving to Georgia to Vote in Runoffs? Better Hurry and Plan to Stay - WSJ.com

There are 8 more and the GOP is leading in all of them why the AP hasn't called 5 of them is beyond me...the only ones the Dems have a chance in is NY22 and IA02...both would be holds for the Dems

Unless they come down to a couple hundred votes I seriously doubt enough people will attempt that in time.

Honestly I can’t imagine more than a few dozen, at the absolute most, rich liberals even attempting it.

Pretty sure it was @volfanhill that said folks could not just move to Georgia and cast a vote, since it would be a felony. Otherwise Red Hats and liberals would be moving temporarily in mass.

Everything is "good" right now? Because we're a nation of resilience, we'll plow through it and get to a better place. Not necessarily because of President Biden, but because of a much more reasonable approach to combating the virus
