2020 Presidential Race

I think you're confused. That's your emotional state as to anyone who isn't as narrow minded and conservative as you. Plenty of factual evidence of this from dozens of your recent posts.

“The lawsuit filed was against the Secretary of State and other appropriate defendants. And it stems out of a March 2020 consent settlement that the Secretary of State entered into in litigation with the Democratic Party. But that consent agreement made substantive changes in the absentee voting rules. You can’t do that. Only the state legislature is permitted to make a change in a Federal election. That’s been strongly suggested and will be upheld eventually, by Justice Alito in Pennsylvania… So they changed the rules under the guise of COVID to try to increase the ability of people to vote by mail. And, as a result, you’ve got fraud of a massive amount through the mail votes. And you’ve also got fraud in your computer voting machines. It’s not the first time they’ve done this.”

“What happened this time is Trump won by such a large margin, that they had to go out and get these mail votes in the middle of the night to try to carry some of the key states. But in Georgia, the election is void and unlawful. It’s going to work through the court system unless the state legislators take action in advance of the courts. Because the election is void, there’s going to have to be a new election [for all but POTUS]. They can’t do it [have a new election] for the President. They’re gonna have to [rectify the POTUS vote] through the Electoral College. But every down-ballot contest is going to have to be redone. There is not gonna be a runoff. There’s gonna have to be a new election.”

Lin Wood discusses his litigation in GA. He claims the entire election is unconstitutional, null and void since election laws were changed by the SoS as opposed to state legislators. He's predicting the courts will throw it out, unless GA legislators do so before the courts do. He says the same is true of PA.

“We’re gonna obviously move for an expedited review at the trial court level, in the Northern District of Georgia. I believe that the court will rule correctly because the law is blackletter clear. Only the state legislature can change the rules. Now, I’m sure they’ll try to appeal that. Or if we lose it, we’ll appeal it. The 11th Circuit will say, “You can’t do it.” If necessary, the Supreme Court will say, “You can’t do it. It’s got to be done by the legislature.” So the GA election is going to be thrown out.”

Anyone know which SCOTUS justice now presides over GA circuit? Michigan? WIsconsin? PA?

Anyone know when the new assignments were made? (Nov 20.)

Anyone looked at the new assignments?

  • For the Third Circuit - Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Associate Justice----(Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virgin Island)
  • For the Sixth Circuit - Brett M. Kavanaugh, Associate Justice----(Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee)
  • For the Seventh Circuit - Amy Coney Barrett, Associate Justice----(Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin)
  • For the Eleventh Circuit - Clarence Thomas, Associate Justice----(Alabama, Florida, Georgia)

Good. So when this all comes up as nada you can’t moan that the judiciary stole the election. You can accept the results and move on. Despite what “evidence” you find on the internet.

You really should read what I post. If you have trouble following, ask questions.

If you'd actually followed my posting, you'd have seen me post that I want this to go through the system, and we should ALL support whatever president the system gives us for the good of the nation.

So how about keep up or kick rocks?

I find a certain amount of seething fear in here that is trying to pass itself off as anger and certitude.

It makes the place reek.
No one is angry. Well besides Trump supporters who think the election was stolen. And the only fear that exists is the Venn diagram overlap for people whose judgement is so poor they believed in Q and believe this election was stolen.

Sniff sniff. You reek.

Go wipe yourself down and stop irrationally attacking people just for posting things that scare you. If you can't handle what I'm posting any better than that, put me on ignore for your own good.

Hill OC isn’t saying they’re angry he’s saying they’re masking their nervous uncertainty as anger or maybe indignation would be a better word. Frankly I agree with that for several.

But the most important part he said was as long as we let the process work as proscribed by each states laws then nobody gets disenfranchised and we are provided with a validated election result. And I agree with that too. I may not like the choice but I can’t reject it if the process was applied as proscribed by law. Just my $0.01977653 on the topic.

Is this lawsuit the one that 11th Circuit is unlikely to hear or is this a brand new one? I'm not wired into the right-wing matrix to know all of the gotcha lawsuits that are out there.
