2020 Presidential Race

Hilarious flailing?

You could have just admitted that you really don't know.

The next step, unless the court intervenes per the certified results, is for the state legislature to assign electors. Pennsylvania has no laws against faithless electors, though in October Democrats tried to hurriedly create one. So, what we have here is the Republican majority state legislature holding a court of public opinion, potentially proving that defrauded election results were certified, and thus opening the door for faithless electors (and/or reason to overturn the certification of the election).

Three swing states have Republican state legislatures doing the exact same thing over the next week.

This is such a dumb post it makes my head hurt. First of all, stop saying the nonsense that we're trying to appease Trump. That's bull. I don't even pay attention to what Trump is saying. Second, these people testifying have signed affidavits, under the threat of perjury. Third, PA has now halted the certification (Pennsylvania judge halts election certification amid mail-in vote fight).

For the final time, I do not think that this election is going to be overturned. Never did. But it bothers me how much people are willing to ignore because it favors their candidate. You're just willing to call all of these people liars because it supports your favorite candidate, the dementia patient and his commie VP.
It's no different that you calling Biden a dementia patient and Harris a commie. You believe what you want without evidence of such and then want to wag your finger at others for allegedly doing the same? You don't have a lot of credibility on this front.

True, and low prices always look good, but there's a price to be paid. The part that constantly amazes me is the question nobody will ask, and it's very simple and very basic. Without manufacturing jobs, how do you maintain an economy; how do workers who no longer have manufacturing jobs buy even the cheap Chinese products? Everybody wants to look at the part about buying products, but nobody seems to be interested in the part about jobs that put money in workers pockets so they can buy products. Service jobs just move money around; it's a losing proposition - taxes, energy, overhead, etc bleed wealth with every transaction. Manufacturing takes raw materials and turns them into something more valuable. We've been an economy coasting down; that won't last forever. Look at the national debt, consumer debt, and unbalanced trade; and you see how precarious it all is; and how badly we've been sold out by globalists making a quick profit. It's like farming - almost any idiot can grow crops for a few years before depleting the soil; likewise almost any corporate idiot can pillage the economy with cheap imported goods before eventually depleting the nation's wealth. The message is there every time you see an article about the shift of wealth from virtually every class to the 1%.

I witnessed the decline of my company from a long term member of the DOW to being split and decimated into a shadow of itself. They used to value employees, now they just want to hire cheap and bring back seasoned employees when times get hard. They stopped investing money into the business at the expense of long term survival. They solely exist today because people before me and my generation were taught to make stuff like an anvil. Now they buy cheap junk and pay for it 5 years down the road. Until someone realizes what China is doing like Trump did, our economy is doomed.

Do you believe those swing states will vote for Trump along with the states that Trump will give him 270 + plus to overturn the election in his favor? Yes or No?

And this is the point of bringing it up. They could have 100% proof of fraud that clearly rigged the election, and you wouldn't care because Biden won. Just accept it and move on. That is what bothers me so much.
Luckily there is hardly any evidence of fraud and none of it is material to the issue of who will be president. We don't care because this is a sideshow. This is the electoral equivalent of arguing over a holding call in the 2nd quarter of an Alabama-Tennessee game where Tennessee lost 63-24.

There has been time to present evidence of fraud. The election was three weeks ago. The type of fraud being described in these affidavits is anecdotal accounts impacting a very few votes. Biden won Pennsylvania by 80,000 votes. He won Michigan by over 150,000 votes. When Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani hold their press conferences they make bold allegations and overhype their evidence. Then the evidence never comes. It's just talk.

Says the guy who didn't watch the hearing, hasn't read any of the affidavits, and doesn't care anyway! Genius.

I have no idea. It's absurd to try to corner me into a yes/no on something that I can't claim insight into.

I do know there have been political calls to do so, such as:

DeSantis calls on Michigan and Pennsylvania to send "faithless electors" to Electoral College | Fernandina Observer

And I do believe it's a perceived danger by the Dems, else the D PA legislators wouldn't have tried to close the possibility off in October.

I can still pull up reports.

This guy moved the data into excel where you can re-sort the data any way you want and only then did he make his “find”.

Looks like either a school boy error or an desperate scam for clicks.

Also, there is the logic problem of someone being smart enough to hack the state servers to inject votes that wouldn’t be discovered as duplicates (highly sophisticated) but not understanding how timestamps work in relational databases (brain dead).

None of that passes the smell test.
Lol. Ballots being shown by PA data that they were returned the same day as mailed out has nothing to do with the excel program.

What Ron DeSantis is calling for there is just as dangerous as fraud. It's an undermining of democracy as part of our system of elections. Also, the electors have already been chosen in Pennsylvania.

You guys spent 4 years so not sure there is ANY faith in the system, so we will take several weeks . We will see what they have to say. If not overwhelming fraud we move on.

I honestly didn't know what the next step is. This article indicates that PA's process does not go back to the legislature after certification. Instead the Secretary of State certifies and the Governor sends a "Certificate of Ascertainment" to the National Archives (both of which have already happened). It doesn't mention any further action by the legislature. Take it for what you will. Pa. election certification: What we know as deadline hits

That’s an awfully wordy way to say: Trump lost the election but I have pie-in-the sky hopes that republicans will try and overturn it in an unprecedented way without evidence.

Good luck.
