If they had told us once, kept the same reasoning, followed their own rules, and otherwise treated this thing seriously/the same, I would agree.I agree partially. I don't feel it too important to highlight the difference, other than my belief that an attitude of "well, I would have, if you hadn't said I had to" is self-defeating.
I gave blood over a month ago and was supposed to get a free antibody test. The results have never shown up.So my parents went and got Covid tested after my dad showed symptoms for a day. He is much better for now.
They have been tested before usually takes 3 days to get a response. This time they were told they likely wouldnt get a response until after Thanksgiving. Mom asked if it's due to crowds. Test center said they were busy but still have capacity to run tests, they just dont want people gathering for Thanksgiving. And since my parents havent been cleared the health Department is telling them to cancel Thanksgiving.
Hamiliton County.
Anybody else gotten tested in the area, or have a similar experience?
Sounds janky AF.
The average life expectancy of residents once they become residents at a nursing home is less than five years...... they are very sick people. So, those nursing home patients may have died of "complications".. that just doesn't have the same bite.
At any rate, with those statistics, the unchecked virus would kill, what, 5 million plus?
Based on some basic math and cdc reporting, the average age of death to this thing is 75.563.
if you have a child, they have a better chance of dying in a car accident. For the love of humanity stop putting your children in cars and driving on the highway.
