2020 Presidential Race

Stop polluting your mind with OAN garbage. Took me all of 30 seconds into OAN's BS to find complete bullsh*t.

OAN: "Dominion glitched 6,000 votes, giving Biden a fraudulent win. This was not an isolated event".

No need to go any further.

Per Politifact:

Inaccurate early vote count in one Michigan county was a human error, not a failure of the software

"the "glitch" had nothing to do with the technology — it was a mistake made by the clerk. "

Our ruling

Michigan resident Ted Nugent said in a Facebook post that "47 additional counties used the same voting software that caused a ‘glitch’ in Antrim County" and said that votes in the state are "potentially fraudulent."

Nugent’s post contains an element of truth — Dominion Voting Systems was used in several Michigan counties and in Antrim, which experienced an incorrect early tally in favor of Biden — but it ignores the critical fact that the "glitch" was a human error limited to that county and that the technology itself didn’t simply switch votes. There is no indication of fraud.

We rate it Mostly False.
A human error to upload software. I’ll side with tulsi gabbard.

Hard for me to imagine a corporation getting a personal judgment against the president.
Well it would be against a judgment against the campaign, the question would be whether they could reach the personal assets of the campaign’s members. I’m sure there’s a law covering that, I just don’t know anything about it. Might look it up if I have time and feel nerdy, later.

In all seriousness... and Trump aside... do you think THAT^^^ is going to be a good president?

.....or are you really waiting for the socialist Ho?
Man...when I grow up I just hope to be an internet-tough guy that can make derogatory comments about women.
Keep showing your ignorance, man.

The defamation standard is the same as it would be for a private individual?
