If you believe the issue is Pruitt’s management of the offense, and that his defense is too complicated, then I believe Tee makes a ton of sense.

Tee hasn’t coached up the wide receivers. Excuse me if I don’t trust him to coach up and manage an entire team. Tee as head coach would be a disaster scenario.

I won’t argue with you, but I think it’s a little more nuanced than this. But what we’ve got now ain’t working and we know Pruitt ain’t head coach material.

There were games there to be won, and he’d find a way to not complete them. Doesn’t meet my criteria of great QB. Up there with the most gifted throwers in our history.

Moore, Jones, Stocker, Hunter, Da’Rick, Patterson, Rivera...to me that’s too much talent to be a 58.6% thrower with 28 INTs vs 69 TDs imo to label Bray as “great”

If they think a WR coach is a palatable replacement for 4 straight failed HC hires then it's no wonder we are in the shape we are in. These people are living in fantasy world.

This is kind of stuff that ticks me off. Why would they just now be gathering interest?

Why would Pruitt not start JG last year and bring him off the bench and not be willing to do that this year?

It's so comical now that it seems like he indeed wants to be fired and collect the money.

I’ve had this issue for weeks. I use Chrome just for Volnation posting so I can see all the linked Twitter posts.

I think what is argued as “more palatable” is the idea that this team might be *close* to some version of respectability and only Pruitt and his guys (Friend and Weinke) are holding the program back.

For stability’s sake, promoting from within, and hiring a young, black VFL with certified recruiting chops, would give this program juice it hasn’t had since Kiffin.

But I think this is only a scenario that comes up if the first tier of prospective head coaches say they aren’t interested.

I’d rather roll with Tee than keep Pruitt or try out a coordinator from another school or a G5 guy (besides Napier and Chadwell.)

If not, promote Chaney for a year while we do a thorough search

Well, we already know where Freeze is at in regards to this job...it’s his dream job, so let’s make it happen!!

Hiring Tee would be a mistake. We need a proven winning coach. Tee is a lateral move.
