I’d guess Flynn walks regardless Trump will pardon him I’m sure. I believe you affirmed he could do a preemptive pardon without a verdict being issued?

Had Sullivan already accepted the plea and they were at sentencing? It’s drug on so long I don’t even remember.

Edit: quick web search says yes so yeah there is a conviction to vacate.

Yes. The only reason Flynn’s case wasn’t totally resolved is that they walked into court in 2018, I think, for sentencing and the judge basically said he wasn’t inclined towards what the apparent expectations were in terms of sentencing and gave him a second chance to earn the sentence he wanted.

Thanks yeah I did a web search and found it. They were at sentencing. Regardless I’d guess Flynn is the top pardon on the stack.

I’d guess that doesn’t come to fruition he’ll get to sign his pardons like all the others. If he exhausts all his legal challenge venues and winds up “getting dragged out by the Marshall Service” then he did that to himself. But once those challenge venues close it’s over and it’s time to go.

That’s pretty much it. If certification in Michigan goes smoothly, then Biden will his 270 certified electors by Tuesday.

Trump isn’t playing for a legal challenge. This whole “we’re going to the Supreme Court faster this way” thing is mind boggling and stupid. The Supreme Court hears cases in which the facts are established by a judge/jury or agreed upon by the parties. They don’t hear witnesses. They don’t try cases and determine facts. They announce what law will apply to the given facts. Trump campaign hasn’t established any facts that would create an issue of law. He’ll be lucky to granted certiorari on any of these cases at this point unless SCOTUS takes it to bitch slap the case like this PA judge did in the hopes that Amy Coney Barrett and Kavanaugh’s signature on something like that might bring a few million people to their senses.

Given what has happened with the cases they’ve filed already, I’m just dumbfounded that anybody is still talking about this like it’s a real thing. It’s not.

It’s a con, unless he’s actually doing the Flynn defense and trying to do enough rabble rousing that Republican legislatures try to appoint their own electors and overthrow the whole government. I’m skeptical that he can get enough of them on board with that.

She's literally reading off of internet conspiracy theories (including Qanon) greatest hits.

The company they're accusing is located in Spain, with no offices in Germany. Probably should have gotten the right country. They also only post current *vote tally INFO* that's sent to them by US officials. Like ESPN giving us score updates.

They don't even have a connection to any tabulating machines.

I’m 99% sure this is correct, but...

They just lost a 12(b)6 motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim.

They then claimed “we meant to do that, to get to the Supreme Court!”

Two things, tho:
1. All the Supreme Court can do with that case posture is overrule the judge on that one single motion and send it back to develop facts.

2. If they just wanted to zoom through the district court level, why did they amend their complaint and then try to amend it a second time?

If you need evidence that the whole thing is a scam, look at the stuff they’re saying that doesn’t require you to take them at their word.

At this point I’m honestly surprised judges are even entertaining them anymore. I can’t imagine judges like a mockery made of their courtroom. They need to start dismissing all of these with prejudice.

I’m still waiting for some viable news confirmation that the US military seized computers in Germany. Surely Rudy and Sidney aren’t lying their asses of right? I was told evidence would be released online this weekend proving the fraud!
