It’s not like it’s a team without any talent. It has talent. That talent has not developed, which is a coach’s principal job. It’s clear what the problem is.

Its not Bailey, its Pruitt. Bailey was as ready as any QB could be as a FR arriving on campus. He was a 4 year starter, playing a national schedule, that threw 1200 passes in high school. He's definitely not going to play Salter, who's going to need a couple of years learning how to play in an offense that isn't as basic as can be and straightening out his mechanics.

The point is if Bailey isn't ready to take over the reins for a qb who can't do the most basic things well then that's an indictment of where Bailey is right now. Whether that be on Bailey or this staff, now if Salter isn't ready we still don't have a QB next year. We're screwed.
