2020 Presidential Race

I thought you were shooting at Honey Don't by Carl Perkins, and later the Beatles with Ringo Starr singing.

No, but I like Honey Don't a lot better. I remember the Ames Brothers (1951) recording of Undecided. Ella Fitzgerald (1939) didn't sound familiar - I used to play my parents 78s, so it was possible.

There are some real morons among the gun grabbers. This is going to be real tough to overcome. Much like the abortion law, established SCOTUS rulings just don’t go away.

March 30, 1939, the Supreme Court heard the case. Attorneys for the United States argued four points:

  1. The NFA is intended as a revenue-collecting measure and so is within the authority of the Department of the Treasury.
  2. The defendants transported the shotgun from Oklahoma to Arkansas and so used it in interstate commerce.
  3. The Second Amendment protects only the ownership of military-type weapons appropriate for use in an organized militia.
  4. The "double barrel 12-gauge Stevensshotgun having a barrel less than 18 inches in length, bearing identification number 76230," was never used in any militia organization

You’re gonna have to have more than some random post on Parler.

This is the Gateway Pundit still pushing the NYTimes JSON code (which is just for web display) as a conspiracy theory. There is a reason it is on Parler.

You can take that same code and demonstrate the opposite affects against Biden in states where Trump is behind and closing.

Maybe they'll find a conspiracy in the Washington Post's Cascading Style Sheets next?

Looks like the Wayne County Republicans will not be able to rescind certification. I assume the move is just to put pressure on the two republicans in charge of certifying the entire statewide vote to tote party line.

What a crock of sh*t.

The Trump lemmings on this board and elsewhere apparently are completely devoid of free thought.

Question: How many votes with "discrepancies" are in question in Wayne County?

Answer: Roughly 400 votes out of nearly 250,000 votes cast. (SOURCE: Detroit Free Press)

So, let's presume that every single one of these votes rightly should go to Trump instead of Biden (naturally, a ridiculous stretch):

The new Michigan vote count would be:

Biden 2,806,499 (50.6%)
Trump 2,651,670 (47.8%)

So... knock yourself out kiddos.

The accusers are in the process of proving their case, collecting information.
Lol, what makes you think that I have a wife? That also is a big assumption that you have.

Usually, you must have a case before you litigate in court. The reason most of dotards bogus cases have been thrown out is because they are just that, bogus. Most of these people signing affidavits are out to lunch whack jobs. Did you see the one on Lou Dobbs show? His eyes started crossing when she started explaining what was behind her claim. Obviously the Producer had not vetted her before putting her on the show.

Giuilanni is charging the Trump campaign $20,000/day to be the "chief attorney/litigator" That right there says it all. Duh!

We’ll see if Rudy G winds up getting paid. Hopefully he asked for a retainer.
