I'm losing my sense of who I'm kidding with and with whom I'm being serious, but I really do not like Barr. Although, yep It's just an accusation, at this point, like so many other subjects swirling around.

No, I'm being serious, No, Im not no one's alternate. I just think this election is going to reverse itself to Trump. To much going on and coming out in this election fraud.

Don't worry. I may not agree with what you say, but you are generally more reasonable than most of your hard headed kindred souls. And you do have a sense of humor. I wondered where you had been when you popped up the other night. I do self imposed exiles from here at times, too. I need to be doing one now to get more accomplished, but it's interesting times.

Honestly, just figured things would be too toxic during the election, but when I peeked in, I got sucked in again. Well, that and just having more important stuff to do.

I appreciate the kind words, and I think you're one of the good ones, too.

I have been looking up stuff and I found the Ukraine legal codes and it doesn’t refer to felony or misdemeanor it talks about minor, medium, and grave offenses or words like that in defining punishment terms. So no I agree a judge wouldn’t issue an indictment for a felony it looks like within their offense levels if i interpreted their offense levels correctly. I do find several references to articles referring to misdemeanors or felonies in Ukraine but they read like trying to relate to the offense levels where the article audience is. No idea if that is what happened here or not. And like I said if it isn’t real it goes away if it is it hangs around till at least Jan 20

And besides I like Oddball - one of my favorite movies.

As far as the current situation - never say never, so I think the odds of overturning things are very slim. I just have a really big problem with irregularities in elections, so I'd like to see a big searchlight turned on the process - I don't believe in cutting government any slack - zip.

Finally found it - couldn't remember most of the rest or the artist. Undecided by Ella Fitzgerald.
