For masks to work, everyone has to wear them. Can't you understand that? I cannot say that you are absolutely spreading covid. But I can say that some of the people who do not wear masks are absolutley spreading it. They are far more likely to transmit the virus than folks who wear masks. That is not debatable. It is a known fact.

It's a red herring. Mask wearing is quite common in places that are seeing spikes. We had an earlier CDC study showing in some area of study (can't recall where) something like 85% of people contracting Covid were regular mask wearers.

I've got no problem wearing one but the mask shaming and blind faith in them gets old.

A few weeks go our water carrying paper touted how the mask mandate had saved lives and bent the curve in Hamilton county. The rubes had finally listened to the enlightened leaders and we were all saved. Then the numbers started going back up. Was it because the masks aren't really doing much? Of course not! It's because the rubes that for whatever reason had complied with the rules were no longer complying. Even though when I go places I don't see any differences. The idea is bulletproof, if it doesn't work it's the citizens' fault.

now if we just listen to them and don't go out after 10pm, don't send our kids to school, don't attend funerals, and God forbid avoid all gyms the COVID will just magically go away

I just tell everyone that I was a participant in the vaccine trials when I don’t wear a mask. Then when they shrug and walk away. I bark and say, nothing to worry about, just one of the side effects.

Point is, set up because the government, deemed the average citizen, incapable of doing for themselves.

That money is not given back equal to what is put in.

It is going broke. It will not be sustainable for long.

Given as a choice, who would put money willingly into it unless not made to? Forcibly deemed to, is not best.

You are right, the social give and provide for me net will continue to grow, and you will see the same result on anything put out as any socially structured government ran "program". There is going to be no net positive.

But, it doesn't matter, we can talk and have discourse, the reality of the future is what it is, better just hope you are one of the lucky one's who live in the rarified atmosphere free from the sh** that the the 99% have to. Because, that is where life is headed. Have and have not's, people ain't seen anything yet.

New study from Europe with a Brazillion people shows masks dont work. Period. This is about the 11teenth study confirming this...but ...I know....liberals.

It says masks reduce contracting covid by -0.3 to +0.4%. Thats about as "nothing" as something can be. Its exactly as effective as JG getting wins at Alabama. As effective as an Egyptian pilot in the 6 day war.

FTR I dont wear masks at all. Working in SC right now and live in NC...people here dont give a damn whether you wear a mask or not as long as you stay 6 feet away or so, and I have always been big on personal space so that part comes naturally. They can take that vaccine, wrap it in a mask, and shove it directly up Bidens azz. I am sure Hunter would be happy to tape and upload it for those Dimwits so their Chicom buddies can see it also.
