You can always get them delivered. Or pickup in the parking lot from an online order. The employees will be masked up.

More like 98% or more when I go to stores in Knox County.

Proper use is an entirely different subject. Most people cant maintain the self awareness needed to use correctly. Which is probably another reason to do away with these.
