It appears that there are no less than 4 companies that the Trump administration proactively pumped money in order to have these vaccines ready to go to the general public in a flash. This will undoubtedly save many lives and undoubtedly he will not be given credit for doing this

I had a young 30s friend on FB...hated Trump and ended up getting the virus...she was hospitalized for like 2 days but started a GoFundMe acct to take care of her kids after she died from Trump's failure to control it...I no longer follow her
