The Coastal Carolina coach and Napier are the two names I keep hearing as possibilities for South Carolina. I've not heard Freeze's name mentioned. Doesn't mean SCar doesn't pull out a surprise hire , tho.

IF Pruitt were to hire Muschamp, hopefully it would be at a discount, and we let SCar make up the difference with the buyout. It would be nice to be on the other end of one of those scenarios.

Yeah, I was thinking similar. I'm sure some would complain, but Muschamp as Co-DC, coaching ILBs, Bo Davis for the DL, Tosh Lupoi for OLBs, and lets Pruitt and Ansley focus on fixing the secondary.

Been thinking about offense, I wonder how Tee would do at QB coach? If he could coach QBs, Osovet could coach WRs, Graham remains with the RBs, and Nieds could move back to TEs. Just leaves replacing Friend and Chaney.

Maybe it's just putting a band-aid on a bullet wound, but it would be an impressive staff, IMO.
