What percentage of Virginians are healthy?

Apparently , looking at the Virginia Covid dashboard .. way more than I would have every guessed is healthy enough to survive the dreaded Rona . You actually could use Virginia in a case study against the fear peddling propaganda machine . We all know that Virginia is one of the last states anyone would consider when talking about its population being healthy , we have had a mask mandate since last may along with social distancing, but people are pretty much doing their own thing unless you going into an establishment that requires a mask , and yet ...

All I’ve heard is those numbers are fake news. Why are they reliable now?

If you heard me talking about fake numbers , it’s always been that I believe they are over counting .. sooo if you want to use that against that stat .. take off any amount you want to, as long as the amount is applied equally to each column. 😊

Here's an interesting idea: instead of blowing $200 million/day on largely useless testing of asymptomatic people, why not invest that money in acquiring N95s/respirators for everyone over 65 and letting everyone else go about their business?

The old people are protected, the rest of us build immunity and clear this beeotch.

It's time to think, and especially outside the box.

That’s stupid. Because it makes sense.

You're about to see essentially what amounts to a cure, for this pandemic, created in less than 10 months.

Now weigh that against the progress for various cancers, alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc. What we should be screaming about is why the government has bogged down medical advancements to the degree it has.

Well that’s an easy one. Pharmaceutical and healthcare companies can’t profit off of death if cures are found, and the government is complicit. Plenty of bureaucrats are walking around with their pockets fatter thanks to those lobbyists.

You only have to look to the cigarette shelf for proof of this.

Another question:

8 months ago, it was acknowledged that N95 masks offer superior protection, but people were told not to use them due to shortages for healthcare workers.

If we are really serious about saving lives, how in the hell do we not have about a billion N95s out to the public by now, or especially to the elderly? You're going to tell me we can't mobilize production in 8 months? In WW2, we were cranking out airplanes at an amazing clip a couple months after Pearl Harbor.

Concerning those n95’s...a little side story.

Those of us in healthcare know there is still a shortage of 1860 and 1860s n95’s. My hospital was able to secure APPROVED n95’s a few weeks ago (they were made in China).

After repeated fit testing attempts, not a single mask passed. I’m very curious as to how these masks became “approved”

Anyway, just wanted to pass on the information.

Because the government we have today has an agenda to control the American people. Something changed after Kennedy’s assassination and DC became completely corrupt. As long as the virus keeps Americans scared, people will cater to the governments demands.

It’s scary how easily some people are willing to give up their freedoms to obey the government. Especially since it’s the governments fault we are in this mess.

I just noticed that our testing has skyrocketed to over 1.6 million per day. I believe that puts our DAILY expenditure for testing (mostly asymptomatic people) at over $300 million.

That’s a grain of sand on the beach compared to the bail outs thats coming across the board in this next administration .

this makes no sense at all - unless you have symptoms why bother getting tested -- there are millions of carriers
