So, De1 said this in another post, "For the record he was NOT ready Saturday and was only given limited reps still during the off week." Talking about Bailey. The fact that Pruitt had 2 weeks to get him ready and still didn't work with him any extra is mind blowing. Obviously JG is your best chance to win when that's the only QB that gets reps.
That’s ridiculous. What Is wrong with this bunch. That does not make a lick of sense.

Didn’t we add an extra practice field so we could get guys more reps????

You've lost your mind if you think there are about 50 coaches that could step into this position in this conference (with the current crop of other head coaches within the conference) and do great things.

What?? Lol. Butch was a handful of plays from being a borderline playoff team and a loss to Vanderbilt away from a bcs bowl. Pruitt is Gump and won 8 straight games.... you really think this job is that hard to win at?

It’s what makes our repeated failures so frustrating. Sigh.

To consistently win at, yes, I do.

I don't understand some of the things Pruitt does. It's not just this but last years first two games and it's preparation of lack thereof as an example. Idk.
I'd go a step further and say it's not just the first two games last year. It's also the three blowout losses to the teams he's truly judged against. And to be honest our 8 game win streak was teams we should be slapping around on the regular. Yet we have fallen so far it was viewed as a major achievement.

bull. there was plenty of it on display last year....you don't lose to who we lost to the way we lost last season, and then reel off 8 straight wins w/out having a serious competitive streak.

hell if you're a quitter, i think right after the BYU game would have been a good spot for "i'm out, sorry".....

the revisionist history on display right now, while i understand it, is fairly ridiculous.
Question.... Who quits a $4 milly/ year job when you get raises even if your performance is average at best? I'll hang up and listen.

If he doesn’t poop the bed in 2017 and gets that 2018 class, I bet he would still be coaching here

If Butch wasn’t a total loser he could’ve had us at the consistent 9 win, every 3-5 years win the East level. His ‘system’ works better than Jeremy’s. The moment was simply too big for him, and his insecurities led to extreme incompetency.

After reading more, I've figured out what our problem is. We don't have actual boosters. We have rich guys who like to give opinions without giving money. We need to cut them off completely --just freeze them out-- since they're are utterly useless and put an advert out for real boosters. I hear small poor schools like Ole Miss can give us pointers on how to find real ones.
