Personally I think we could offer Freeze less than SC would and he’d still pick here. It’s MUCH easier to recruit here than it is South Carolina and he’d have a better staff around him, better QB to work with right off the bat and just a better roster to win immediately. Pruitt wouldn’t be leaving the cupboard completely bare like Lyle did.

The only thing that scares me is the timing. Tennessee’s regular season ends a week later than South Carolina’s thanks to the Texas A&M Covid situation. Carolina could have him hired before our season even ends

AV thinks Ray might be our next coach, however, it turns out Ray is our only hope as a booster who might be able to pay the buyouts.

Pruitt has gotten everything he has asked for since being named head coach that i can promise you lol.

I think I will go with the guy who provides the money about what’s going on with other boosters behind the scenes. You keep saying that but don’t really know.

I have said that Pruitt got more than our previous coaches. That does mean something. But that doesn’t mean that our behind the scenes issues are fixed, as we had hoped when Fulmer became AD. It’s not that hard to comprehend.
