Dabo is never leaving Clemson. Its an easier job and he has been there for quite years as an assistant ans HC. He has two kids playing there and another coming up.They aren't hiring a failed Tennessee HC to replace Saban. It will be Dabo or Cristabol.
Not saying it is. But others I am questioning. Why did Ty come in for one snap if he is injured? Why did Alontae play against Bama and looked healthy, then didn’t travel to Arkansas. Maurer not playing in the beginning of the year because of an injury but then is running scout team QB for Kentucky? Just a lot of weird things going on.That isn't mysterious. Someone rolled into his knee in warm ups.
I don't get it either. this isn't like Butch killing our program, injuring our players, recruiting garbage talent and then flipping us the bird on the way out the door. Pruitt has given it his best shot, he just wasn't ready. And that's okay. He's a guy who could learn and grow more and get another chance and do much better. But, as much as we were excited about him when we hired him because he wasn't Schiano, we should have known that this program was in no shape for someone who was a first time head coach.I agree. I hate that it is not going to work because I like him. I don’t get the name calling and people claiming he is stupid. The man went from an elementary gym teacher to multi-millionaire. He is not stupid, just not ready for this type of job.
Agreed. I think Pruitt is an elite DC. He is not a good head coach. Some coaches are just meant to be coordinators. Same thing with Muschamp. We can all agree Pruitt will be a major programs DC if we let him go.I agree. I hate that it is not going to work because I like him. I don’t get the name calling and people claiming he is stupid. Translated, the Tennessee administration is committed to leaving the football program at the lower level of the SEC. Blaming the problem on assistant coaches is as Tennessee as it gets, not holding the person responsible for their actions.Pruitt isn’t going anywhere. Zero chance he gets fired this year...
I do expect some other staff changes however....
As much as I don’t like Butch, recruiting was not off with Butch.I don't get it either. this isn't like Butch killing our program, injuring our players, recruiting garbage talent and then flipping us the bird on the way out the door.
