This will be Pruitts third new staff in three years and we’re supposed to believe that’s going to fix things? Common denominator..... I like the guy but he’s doing himself no favors with the fan base. You don’t get to coach like you don’t give a crap. Our team looks like a bunch of lethargic babies who don’t care. Our coaching staff has 0 intensity. This isn’t acceptable @Atlanta VOL every team dealt with covid I don’t want hear that bs from Pruitt anymore. He’s not above criticism. Sam Pittman coaches circles around him in year 1. Phil’s given Pruitt the money. The football program and AD better get their act together or you’ll have the same amount of fans in the stands next year as you do this year with no covid. Ridiculous.

There is zero chance fulmer walks away from Pruitt but maybe just maybe the flip side is possible.


Maybe bama Jeremy decides these Tennessee fans have always been his enemy and runs back home. It seems to me it’s possible he returns to his routes were he clearly was a popular players coach as an assistant coach realizing it isn’t worth putting up with this fan base. I mean for goodness sakes we have posters here bragging about texting him their displeasures.



Here’s to hoping bama Jeremy returns home at seasons end!!

He is not going to give that money up. He is here until he is fired. Pruitt is dumb but not that dumb.

Tony B said that we will absolutely fire Pruitt if things go south. Lose to vandy and he’s gone. Should be gone at 3-7 anyway.

We aren’t competing in our loses. We’re getting our asses kicked every week. It’s not fun to watch. This guy is a bum

Sometimes I forget how emotional and irrational this place can be when our beloved Vols are having a bad stretch. Do I think some staff changes need to be made? Absolutely. Gotta find the right mix of the right guys. Am I ready to give up on CJP? Not yet. At least not while Fulmer’s is AD. A first time head coach has a lot to learn about being a head ball coach. Take Dabo for instance. Took him a while to let his coordinators do their thing instead of being hands on. But that’s only half the problem. You have to have good coordinators to start with. I believe that’s where our problem lies. Our current coordinators aren’t a good fit for what CJP wants our team to be. Fulmer had issues like that after coach cutt left. Just my thoughts.

Yea I get that but perhaps there is middle ground. You never know with a guy that still remembers what making peanuts feels like. I’m betting those days were more enjoyable for him than now is

Rally your ****ing players!!! Start Bailey, beat Vandy while giving him valuable experience then no matter who starts next year at least you have a QB with experience, finish this year. Get your **** together, clean house, coach for your job next year. If we lose a game before SEC play next year, get rid of him.

He hasn’t shown any fight in himself nor have the oak eyes shown any. Auburn is playing better there is no way we beat them. Vandy is our last shot at a win and I’d be surprised if it wasn’t a nail biter.

That is beyond Pruitt’s skills and talent level.
