Sucks no doubt. Stoops has his program as built as they likely ever will be and it turns out Arkansas may be ahead of us. Hiring Briles was genius in a way as he would have the same type of personnel as Morris. Made a great hire for DC and got a decent transfer QB as well... that said we should not have lost last night and I’m perplexed....

We can certainly dream, but we know things never work that smoothly for Tennessee.

Yeah, I think he is a good coach as well. Usually is better to be the next guy in a total rebuild...

I think the lack of urgency from Pruitt is because he knows he has more time. When Dooley knew the burner was hot he didn’t take any offensive lineman because they take longer to develop and contribute. You don’t see this from Pruitt. I’m guessing Fulmer told him it was a 5 year rebuild.

Hopefully the coaches are just focusing completely on recruiting and throwing away this year on the field. Because they certainly aren’t coaching or game prepping worth a damn.

I know everyone is mentioning Freeze as the HC they would want & we all would like a HC with experience but what about a fun, exciting and young coach like Joe Brady. What he did with LSU last season was remarkable

No chance he makes it five years at this rate... you can’t lose to terrible teams. Much less by double digits. This is year three. If it were year one whatever. We just got beat by a team that went 20 sec games without winning.

This team has laid down, I can’t say that I blame them either. Pruitt trots JG out every game with the sorriest offensive game plan imaginable. Until Pruitt moves on from JG I don’t see us winning another game this season. The players have bucked Pruitt and he doesn’t like, that’s why there is NO energy from players or staff. Ray Charles can see it. Also there’s no way they do anything with Pruitt till the end of next year

It really does look like there is 0 fight in this team. None. Year one and year two Pruitt would get fired up and so would our players now it’s nothing.

**** that. If Pruitt showed us anything hopeful I’d be ok with that but you can blatantly see our team has gotten worse and it’s more than just “not getting reps” our QBs are a mess. Our defense is terrible. How come every other team looks better than us? They dealt with covid too. I’m not buying any of that. Plenty of teams looks like they’re playing good football. He just doesn’t have it.
