I think Pruitt has done a good job identifying talent and we have some great young players. But we are poorly coached. I think we are poised for a big year next year with good coaching. We are still more talented than eight teams we play next year. We just need coaching to get the talent to play to it’s level. I firmly believe Freeze could walk in here next year and win eight games. Please Fulmer, save our program!

Maybe. But he wasn’t garbage at Georgia. Imagine being giving JG to do your job. It would be the equivalent of having a Commodore 64 with Karen from HR editing all of your words to make sure they are woke-appropriate for 2020. And you get airline coffee in the break room.
People with Commodore 64's or Karen in HR dont make 1.15 million pesos.

He said that??? If so, I really hope he gets canned. Bailey looked the best, hands down, the INT’s he had weren’t his fault. The first was pass interference and well the 2nd, he had to try and get something done with no time.

The kid better start from here on out

Pruitt is exactly correct on Bailey. He kept throwing the check down which is exactly what Arkansas wanted.

it’s Comical how we have posters saying he looked poised when he was in fact playing dumb football. Now i am not saying his mistakes somehow mean he can’t be good but those decisions were far from poised. They were mistakes

We hire Freeze, we can pay Butch off, the entire Pruitt staff off and Freezes salary for the first 3 years after his first season alone. The amount of money they'd make if they actually made that move would be insane.
100!!! Imagine him coming in and winning 8-9 games in year one. Donations and revenue would be through the roof. We can’t wait another year, it only delays the inevitable.

I agree. We have some coaches who are damn good coaches and then some who are terrible. Pruitt is in over his head and we may have the worst offense in the history of our program. No excuse to lose to Arkansas, we have twice as much talent.

Are the rumors true that Freeze has said his dream job is UT? If so, you get that man on the phone today and make sure he is our coach for next year. If he agrees, you fire Pruitt and promote Tee for the rest of the year.
Yes, Freeze has always wanted to coach at UT

If Bailey doesn’t start the rest of the way, I won’t be tuned in. Also almost to the point to where idc how recruiting turns out. Sucks, but is what it is.
If recruiting needs to tank in order for Pruitt to be sent packing this year, then let the decommits begin!

I agree!!! He made one good throw on the post route but threw two balls into double coverage that will get picked 95% of the time in the SEC. I am not bashing the kid but posters that act like he is the savior need to be realistic.

Pruitt's body of work

Overall record 15-16
SEC record 9-13
Record against Bama/Fla/Ga 0-8
Cumulative score against Bama/Fla/Ga 122 -337
Average score against Bama/Fla/Ga 15-42
Run off the filed by Georgia State and Kentucky in Neyland
1-1 against Vandy
Best win @ Auburn, year 1
Only other redeeming factor Winning record against other bottom feeders in the SECE - SC and Missouri

Outscored by 95 points total in all games he has coached. Defense is giving up 26 ppg since he has been head coach.

These numbers do not lie.

He is the weakest link. Good bye.

You have to be way smarter than this when arguing that JG was the problem last night. JG played darn near perfectly for what he was asked to do so stop it with the using of stats to say he played poorly especially after last night

let me help you with a more intelligent argument.

The coaches gameplanned with JG last night like he was a 9 hole hitter asking him to sac bunt every time he got to the plate. He even got a single last night and did exactly what was ask of him but the SEC isn’t a league for small ball. It’s a league for letting your guys swing the bat. If JG can’t be anything more than a sac bunt guy he’s the problem even though he was good at it last night.
He managed the game reasonably well in the first half. We were going to smashmouth and it worked for one half. Arky adjusted and that was that. I think we needed to have taken better advantage of our dominance in the first half. It was clear that the philosophy was protect the ball at all costs and JG did that. That also means that he was not trusted to make many throws.

It’s similar to last week when everyone was saying the team just played with more juice for BM than JG. That’s looks silly today.
I get it everyone wants JG done but the love for the other QBs is nothing but noise from the anyone but JG movement and nothing else. We just haven’t seen enough of HB to know anything about him.

Tim Irwin just said on Sunday Sports Soundoff that Pruitt should be worried about his job.
I have a great idea since there is no more rioting… How about the Tennessee fan base start rioting in Knoxville, and tell Fulmer we will not stop until Pruitt is out and Freeze is in???
