He knows that thanks to the extension he just got and the massive covid related revenue shortfall, he's untouchable for now. He knows it's exactly NOT his neck on the line. I'm starting to think this guy is mailing it in.

Covid rules dictate, and that means JG is only a Junior this year, he will definitely challenge teams and develop his Senior year. Man 2020 has sucked.

I pulled some quotes that completely contradict CJP playing of JG..

"You can have 10 guys do it right. It only takes one guy that can create a bad play offensively. That’s why you’ve got to be able to play as a unit."

This happens alot, where the guy messing up the play is JG...

"But there’s probably going to be days where maybe the quarterback’s not at his best. To me, that’s where leadership comes in, getting the other guys to rally and be at their best.

"understanding who the other leaders on the team are that can have an effect on somebody maybe you don’t connect with"
So his mishaps on thr field cause your leaders to admit that they took plays off...Trey Smith....when you SR leader is admitting things like that...its an issue....these guys, the team have no faith in JG

"The most important thing, to me, as a quarterback is getting the other 10 guys around you to be at their best"

And finally...team play together and with.more energy when Maurer is the QB...when JG is in theres is no life


CJP is just making statements like Butch did but is too stubborn to make a change and the team see that

Since Pruitt is a defensive guy, I am convinced that Pruitt just watches the practice highlight videos of JG and makes his decision based on that.

I can make a long post of things that are contradictory and “suspect” that’s happened over the last two years. But hey..... the more he exposes himself the less I have to defend my points I made back then. Maybe it’s about time for those that called me a conspiracy theorist to start calling me a good judge of character. I can see right through this guy.

Man UT, under Butch's guidance, must have dropped a big bag o'$$$ on the Guarantano doorstep. (We can easily debate if it was worth it...) Daddy JG like, "I won't tell if you don't...cost my son his playing time."

I know for a fact that other teams, defenses narrow focus on JG in film study during prep weak. They recognize him as the weakest link and attack, exploit him. Not rotating, not starting, not scheming for other QBs puts UT at a tactical disadvantage. That's bad coaching...

Glad he straightened that out. Was getting worried. He definitely gives us the best chance to win.

Understanding them and caring to meet them are 2 very different concepts.
