The defense is wore out. Offense isn’t moving the chains effectively. So, in essence, yes, Guarantano is mostly to blame.Maybe. We shall see. I guess it’s JGs fault that we can’t defend slants, can’t tackle really well, can’t defend the middle of the field or generate a pass rush.
Just blame JG for everything![]()
He gives us the best chance to lose, Games that we should win.Of course. "He gives us the best chance to win."
I really don't care any more. It's almost to the point that I'd rather lose with a different QB than win with Guarantano. That's just sad to say but that is how disgusted I have become with this coach/qb combo.
If JG could keep the offense on the field then no need to worry about defending the slants!
Then you didn’t watch the UGA or UK games or you don’t think a QB that gives the other team more points than he gives his own is a problem. Either way you’re wrong, we have a major QB problem.I don't think the problem is at quarterback, defensive back, offensive line, or anywhere else on the field; I think it's in the locker room. There is something not quite right with this team, again this year. Two years ago, the team progressed nicely until they had a chance to do something good, then fell apart. That continued until midway through last year when they again started playing well. This year started out well, including very well in the first half of the UGA game. The sudden and complete collapse at that point says that something may have happened (the blowup with Brumbaugh?) to ruin the team attitude. They just don't look like a team any more; they lack cohesiveness and the commonality of purpose that you see in successful teams. Just my opinion.
