I knew I was going to get hammered when I made that post. Still, I don't care for the "strongest will survive" mentality as a response to Covid
It is now for many people, but it's always been the way I've lived my life and will continue to do so. Of course, smoking cigarettes at any time is bad for you. I suppose if you only smoked one/year it would do no harm, but we both know no one smokes one cigarette/yearEverything in moderation. But here in america that is clearly a dirty word.

Those sums a bitches, I new it.An in-law who is an IP lawyer an has professional associations with someone who spends a lot of days inside the current white house called today to tell me that the soon-to-be-released vaccine will have an element in it by which a person can be tracked. Also, there will be some light-reactant substance so that anyone with the right kind of lamp can tell whether or not a person has been vaccinated. Probably wouldn't stop me from getting a vaccine, but pretty scary of true.
I disagree. Every time I've had a baby, family visits immediately, offers to hold, etc. The flu is a real risk, yet nobody offers to wear masks. In fact old people can't help but to touch them. This is all brainwashing. You might not like it, but it is the place we find ourselves. I have thought many times how lucky we are that this doesnt affect children, if it had, there would have been no need to ask people to close up shop, it would have been done without asking. Which circles us back around to how it should be, which is people making their own choices about this.

I'm disagreeing because I don't think that's true. We've never work masks during flu season, and that affects babies significantly more. Old people can't help themselves from touching your baby. Not sure what you are disagreeing about?
My point is if this affected children like it affects the 75+ crowd, the country would have voluntarily gone cave dweller.

This is election season nonsense, nothing more.
