Very good coach but question the fit. We can (and have) done worse..

He’s in a very good position right now...doubt he’d want to move to a school that has been through 4 coaches in twelve years...

Just bored during bye week and no trick or treating.

It would be a more popular hire than Pruitt was when we got him. I am in the boat of seeing it through, but since this isn’t one of those bring back Peyton posts, I figured I would chime in.

I’m not calling for CJPs head yet.But watching Minnesota play, I’m just thinking Fleck might be someone to keep on our radar.
i know the “row the boat” thing is corny, but he can coach.
yes a coach who despite playing a somewhat weak P5 schedule is 23-17 (12-17 in conference), that's after going 30-22 (21-11) in the MAC

1-3 vs Maryland with 3 blowout losses
0-4 vs Iowa
2-2 vs Purdue
2-2 vs Wisconsin
0-2 vs Michigan
2-3 vs N'Western

no thanks

Liberty HC could turn Vols around but will never happen here. I believe he does end up at Auburn. Anybody that has beat Saban and Bama can coach but UT just never goes that low but others will. We would never have a Kiffin type again either that was a one time failed bad experience. The Admin will not allow it, so we are limited more than other SEC schools ergo the bargain coaches that are respectable.
