And in doing so, he had a very clear conflict of interest. And Trump did more than just "ask". He withheld aid to them, as a measure of persuasion.

Again, as has been pointed out, the aid wasn't withheld, and if he did in fact totally withhold it, he can- you have a newfound fascination with waving around the Constitution without acknowledging that the PRESIDENT OF THE US can indeed withhold aid for whatever reason he chooses. It's in no way "taking a lead", but I don't even agree that what you're claiming even happened the way you're trying to present it.

If you want to make the point that it was in poor taste, fine. But you're trying to paint this fictional constitutional crisis, which is totally irrelevant as the Constitution- again- doesn't apply to UKRAINIAN LAW. If Trump was sending SEALs over to assassinate Joe or Hunter Biden abroad for suspected crimes you'd have a point. But you don't.

I guess throwing around the word "Constitution" gives you the idea that you sound intelligent.

Sounds like China made a loan to this org (Sinohawk?) that was forgivable and no interest. This guy implied Hunter spent that money instead of the books and when this guy complained Hunter told him to get bent. Interestingly, that means they're on the hook for 5 million that went up in smoke.

The freeze was lifted after the Trump administration became aware of the contents of a whistleblower's complaint on the matter. I don't give them much credit for that. They had no choice at that point.

For throwing around the Constitution with now multiple posters you sure ignore the direct questions about the Constitution. Please, I invite you again, to address the rest of my post or, if you prefer, anyone else that's asked similar questions.

Until then I'll just continue in my (proving to be correct) assumption that you've got no desire for anything beyond batting for your own team.

Interesting that if the tact is to trash this guy then it's an admission that the Biden's hired a lying, scheming person to run their organizations
