I thought people had to sign off with their approval before someone could use them in a movie they weren't told about? Like all those prank shows, I thought a producer or someone had to get signatures from the people they pranked before they could air it.

No they do not, it's protected under 1A. When that photo or clip was taken she probably had no reasonable expectiontion of privacy. If she were taking a bath it would be different. You cannot use them to promote a product however.

From what I have read, it seems alot of children at the border have been taken away from traffickers.
Also, I am very upset people are coming into the country illegally.
If a kid and the kids parents are at the border, caught trying to get in illegally, they are all sent back together.
If a parent lets a mule take their kids to the border, they are officially making them orphans when they do that.

Dude, nobody wants kids to be hurt or orphans, their is more at play here than just "children are getting taken away from their parents".
You know this.
