The Hunter Biden Thread

No big deal. Trump will fund the farm bill by confiscating Hunter and Joes China money.

I just pointed out how Trump gave $23 BILLION to shore up a bad trade deal in hopes of placating his fly over votes, and your response is "but Hunter Biden"?

Sometimes it hard to tell if the Trump supporters are serious given the deflection and hyperbole.

I get it though, this one is a tough one to acknowledge - especially for the "W3r'E aLL gOiNg 7o bE SoziAlists iF bIDen Iz 3leCtEd" crowd.

You and I have not agreed in the past, certainly not for your knowledge, but for your name calling. My wish is that we could all just get along without the insults, and realize that we are all in this together and we will all either suffer or benefit as the result of elections. I feel the decline, or possibly the destruction of our country will be achieved by the division they are successfully implementing between us.

I have turned against both parties, have no loyalty to either one. I do lean conservative just by my nature and my fear of big government. Voting in the last twenty years has been very difficult for me to pick a candidate from either party. I just don't see how anyone can defend 100% of everything their party does or stands for. Why can't we all admit and agree when either party is not doing what is best for all of us? The MSM plays a very big part in this, most people do not know all that goes on.

In saying all this I can honestly say these farm bills is one thing that really bothers me about Trump.
But, please answer this for me, why did congress not stop this? We are not in a dictatorship style of government, or at least yet. I follow our politics very closely since retiring, but can admit I do not understand how it all works sometime. I think it is that I still want to believe the BS that they say. But lately I have begun to not believe anything the say, that is sad.

I see you didn't address anything I pointed out.
You pointed something out???

Since Donald Trump's inauguration, the U.S. economy has created a whopping 1,017,000 new jobs for African Americans, including many right here in Ohio. Today, the national black unemployment rate is at an all-time low of 5.5 percent. Unemployment for black women is even lower, at just 4.4 percent. More importantly, the overall black-white employment gap is smaller than it has ever been. It is great to see so many African American men and women back in the workforce more than ever before, in fact.

In addition, President Trump's "Opportunity Zones" initiative is spurring even more economic growth in underdeveloped communities around the country. Through targeted tax incentives, the initiative is projected to generate approximately $100 billion of new private investment in communities that need it most.

That focus on expanding economic opportunity for minorities has been a major priority for the Trump administration. That's why the president was so committed to reforming the criminal justice system. By eliminating the sentencing disparities caused by the horrendous Clinton-era crime bill, which disproportionately affected African Americans, President Trump is giving thousands of unfairly sentenced black inmates a second chance at the American Dream.

Just adding a few of my words here, this helps correct Bidens horrendous crime bill from 1994.

The FIRST STEP Act also included significant reforms to address recidivism, such as helping prisons improve their rehabilitation programs and allowing non-violent inmates to earn early-release credits for good behavior more easily. Thanks to this legislation, non-violent inmates will now be equipped with the professional and social skills they need to become productive members of society following their release.

President Trump also understands that the foundation of economic success is a quality education. That's why he signed a $360 million grant to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities last year by far the most that any president has ever appropriated for HBCUs. Even America's first black president, Barack Obama, never allocated that much money to HBCUs.

These facts are undeniable, and I'm truly excited to help spread the word as part of the Black Voices for Trump coalition. President Trump has empowered African Americans throughout his presidency by implementing long-overdue economic and social reforms that have generated upward mobility in our communities. Black Voices for Trump will provide those who have directly benefited from these reforms with a massive platform to share our stories of "Promises Made, Promises Kept."

After all the progress African Americans have made under President Trump, it's difficult to even imagine going back to the Democrats' failed, big-government policies that have held us back for so long.
As the president promised recently while recounting the positive impact his initiatives and accomplishments have had on the African American community, the best is yet to come.

This country isn't surviving "as is" another 100 years. My guess is within another 50-60 it will be balkanized or ran by a single party authoritarian style.
There’s no way to know what the country will look like that far in the future.

As is, the country is nowhere near “Balkanization.”

You'd have to ask Congress

Your facebook chain letter bullet points about how much Trump loves him some colored folks is an unconvincing and obvious diversion to the topic.

But seriously, nice year old copy and paste, I see you again are looking to deflect from the $23 Billion that was shoveled into the heartland as a result Trump getting whipped by Xi.

For sure, no you are correct but we are trending in that direction. Look at history and you'll see that there is no way we survive as we are now. We no longer have enough in common to bind us together and our younger generations are too susceptible to manipulation. There isn't a 1 degree separation between the Ds and the Rs now, it's all a facade and it won't be long before they will no longer need to keep up the act.

We will balkanize or end up with an authoritarian one party rule.

You know what the interesting thing is: conservatives bitch about the problem and do nothing; liberals, on the other hand take to the streets. Guess who wins in the end....?

I do agree the current situation is untenable.
