Bama game is a wash. Let all 3 of BM, JTs, & HB play.... whoever looks the best.. name them the starter going forward... hand the team over to them and give them 2 weeks with all the reps to prepare for a winnable Arkansas game.

We are seeing the negative possibilities from this chaotic season. This was always a wildcard year and I am not putting too much stock into it. It just sucks if recruits do.

This pretty much confirms my suspicions last night, Brum was the sacrificial lamb. There were two other coaches possibly even a third on his staff that are much more deserving of getting walking papers. I don't respect this decision at all.

Love how he follows through on this philosophy with a guy who has coached 4 games and we have to pay almost a million dollars to. He won’t, however, move on from a quarterback who’s been here for 4 years... has all the film in the world of being a choke artist... and has a 5 star freshman waiting behind him. Really insightful stuff there Jeremy.

The reason JP said what he said today about JB is all about saving face for both of them.

As an employer you don't bad mouth or air the dirty laundry on the way out. Would be a bad look and hard to get a good replacement. And this helps JB find a new role somewhere else otherwise he would be untouchable.

This was always going to be what was said publicly, but you can be assured this is NOT the reason.

Really didn't have to do with "roster mismanagement." It was mostly about strength and conditioning, but I guess that can fall within that.

Hurd was hurt against A&M and Bama and then refused to play against USC. Dobbs played terrible against USC.

Still could have beaten Vandy for the Sugar Bowl, and I believe Tuttle, Reeves-Maybin, and McKenzie were all hurt at the end of the year and didn't play against Vandy. We were playing Kendal Vickers and LaTroy Lewis at DT. I believe Elliott Berry and Kenny Bynum played at LB. Dobbs and Kamara had unbelievable games at Vandy, and the defense couldn't stop air.

It is disappointing to hear that the coaches have not spent enough time with HB to have him ready. I understand he had COVID issues, but he has had plenty of time to study the playbook, keep in shape, and throw on his own. He needs more reps that any other QB right now. Guarantano doesn't need reps. He need to see a shrink and apologize to everyone on the team.

I’ve overall trusted the coaches up until this point while pointing out a few critical things I have seen over the 3 years.


At this point I know longer trust them to lead this program where it belongs to be. I know that Pruitt Can’t be fired now but I also know I am no longer going to support him and his decisions just because he’s the head football coach.

Never said I know all about it. I do know it was a very public statement BM put out there. I wasn’t trying to act like an insider. Because it’s common knowledge. The “I’ve heard” line smacks of trying to sound in the know...like you caught a rumor or have contacts. Guess what, we all have Twitter and VN...hoss.

Everyone knows he's had issues. They even mentioned it on sec network. What i was alluding to was when AV said "to say he's a head case is an understatement". Some people might not have caught that.

Always been a little strange to me. O-line as a unit works best with a consistent lineup. It helps them to consistently know the strengths/weaknesses of the guy(s) next to them.
