So if it’s not JG’s fault, then why pull him? Also, if it’s not his fault, then why shut the offense completely down in the 2nd half, because you are scared to death to throw the football? If it’s not JG, then why in the world do we hardly EVER utilize the middle of the field in the passing game? Oh wait, it’s because JG can’t be depended on to throw the ball over the middle, because his consistent Miss is high which ends up as an INT in most cases.Blamed one pick on the WR not playing fast enough (the long out route) and then the RB on the other for running into JG.
Also just said JG has thrown very little INTs in practice. We need to be more efficient in QB protection. JG didn't play the best game, but neither did a lot of guys. He isn't ready to put JG on the shelf.
He obviously is watching something we aren't. I don't get it.
I love the kid to death...I really do. He has no doubt given his all for TN and taken bullets back there. I hope he can prove us all wrong. Beat Bama and minds will change. I’ll watch it that night after it’s over, if somehow a win actually happens.
