If we had some Covid positive tests, there would probably be too many quarantined to practice. It would defeat the purpose.

I am back to the point of watching the season play out like last year and then decide. I had moved to the point where I thought we were moving in the right direction and he was the right guy but it would take time. I thought we were starting to beat the teams we should beat. Losing to Kentucky would not have had me step back to where I was after Georgia State last year. But getting killed and seeing and feeling what was going on in that stadium yesterday did. I am a little ahead of where I was after the shocking GS loss last year because of the 8 games. But losing like that has me not questioning if he can get it done. Will tell you more once the season is over AND we see what he can do with this year's class.

I’m with this. Supposedly he has another year on his contract. With the finances I think you pull a Helton during the off-season and help him find another landing spot. As for Friend I am told his contract is up in the beginning of ‘21. I say you let the contract run out and let him kick rocks. I think doing anything with Chaney is too drastic but let him have input in those two position coach replacement/upgrades.

Chaney needs to take the QB coaching duties from Weinke that way he and HB are on the same wavelength. They're in each others heads and know what each are wanting and expecting from one another at all times.
