Twitter requiring New York Post to delete old tweets containing Hunter Biden story to regain access to account

The New York Post is required to delete all tweets containing its story on Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden before its Twitter account is unlocked, according to the tech giant.

A Twitter spokesperson told the Washington Examiner on Friday that the company was no longer censoring tweets that contain the story as the private information that was once of concern is now widely available in the press and on other digital platforms. However, it is not retroactively changing its enforcement decisions and is requiring the outlet to delete old tweets containing the story that it said were in violation of its policies.

Was a law broken? Are people legally entitled to post whenever and whatever they want?

Apparently the right has decided that a private business decision is in fact subject to congressional oversight.

I thought the right was migrating over to Parler? If people don't like Jack Dorseys policy's, leave. Seems simple enough.

It's amazing how quick the Twitter Brigade started in on him afterwards.

"This is a Russian hoax!"

Not really explaining how the Russians got Hunter Biden to drop off a laptop at a computer repair shop a year before these things were made public. I mean, dang, that's a good long con right there. Got the FBI to sit on it nearly 10 months?

Burisma is a Ukrainian natural gas company. How would Hunter be qualified to even be considered for a Board of Directors position in this industry for any company?

The same way Ivanka's purse and shoe fashion design acumen qualifies her to be on the Government dole as a senior White House advisor.
