I think the point you’re all missing, The Hiesman winners, the QB at UGA and Mizzou now were not in the eyes Of their coach the best QB , the one that gave their team the best chance to win when they were relegated to 2nd , 3rd team And like many more when those said coaches 1st choice failed or when the QB’s went somewhere else proved that coaches get it wrong sometimes.
Now in the cases of the above 2 now, the coaches realized very quickly that they could of been and gave the backup a shot.
In the other example it appears the coaches never had a clue and they had to transfer to get their opurtunity.
So the question is: is JG actually the best, or will CJP realize he could be wrong and eventually make a change, or does he have no clue and continue to play an inferior QB?
The answer: yet to be determined, but as of now I wouldn’t eliminate any of the possibilities
