I don't think we've seen much of Wideman and Holiday.

I also don't remember seeing J. Hyatt yesterday in the game.

They forced it to him in two straight plays...and never again.

We could have done that 2nd half against Missouri, that’s what most coaches do, put in your 2/3rd stringers, it was a blowout.

Did Pruitt have the scheduled scrimmage today and , if he did, what happened. Will be interesting to see if any additional True Freshmen play against Kentucky Saturday.

I would say we are not going to hear much about what went on during this scrimmage. For obvious reasons there won’t be any news regarding qbs.

There was a scrimmage report leaked a few weeks ago. Wideman scored on 4 pass plays. You guys remember that? It was never said WHO threw those passes. But you can bet if it were JG it would’ve been news. Given the fact that Wideman is new and unestablished I'm nearly certain that he wasn’t with the 1s. Which only leaves Shrout, Maurer or Bailey that threw those tds. Maybe a combination of the three. Point is it was a talking point that if you read deep enough into, one or more of our backups were balling out.

And Pruitt announced after the scrimmage JG will be the starter for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

Maybe they could use the scrimmage as a way to discover a “slant route” or a “draw play.” Just sayin.

You can’t throw a slant when your qb is always throwing it late. Throw the slant late and it’s picked, that’s why it’s never called with Guarantano in the game.

No typically your team played their guts out and you give them the next day to rest and recover. Obviously the coaching staff feels like these guys have something left in the tank. The O-line should be good to go all day.
