Big 80;s debate

EVH vs Randy Rhoads
EVH. Eddie was definitely worried that Rhoads was going to steal his thunder and would badmouth him in interviews. That being said, there are several stories of how Randy got to see Eddie play back in their club days and was absolutely floored at how good Eddie was. Randy realized he wasn’t even close to being in Eddie’s league and dedicated more time to practicing guitar.
There are tons of bootlegs of Eddie from the 70’s playing stuff that was just out of this world. He had a truly God given talent.

I agree with you as EVH was a virtuoso for the time, There was a big progression in playing from Blizzard to Diary. Like Dallas said, too young but as it stands EVH was better. I still liked the RR riffs better with the tone and chugging.

You know how people are with their music.

I saw the 1984 tour one of the best concerts I’ve ever seen

My show was B'ham as a teenager. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of black folk at an OO show.

Who was guitar in 1984?

Edit; Maybe u meant u saw VH in 1984. Awesome.

Gonna have some pissed off parents when he introduces that prevent D and allows the other team to come back from being down by a few scores.

Maybe he's scrapped it by now.
"Chavis, who turns 64 later this month, is quick to note he's not even the defensive coordinator -- just an assistant.

"That way, when we don't get them stopped on third down, they can't get on my butt," joked Chavis"

🤣🤣🤣 Hell yea Chief....

I'd be ecstatic if we won 7 games this year! I have us down for a 5-6 win tops season.

A 10 game SEC schedule with GA, AL, FL, Aub, and TAMU means 5/6 wins won't come easy, but who knows it's 2020. What a screwed up year. Hard to tell for sure who Aub and TAMU are so far, so there's some hope.

We do have a monster O-line for a change, but our QB has the yips and throws it all over the place, too high, too behind, too hard for a 5 yard pass. I'll be glad when he's gone.

Remember this year is a non counter for eligibility. The guy might be old enough to retire. I really miss Dobbs.
