On fourth down, Vols won't 'play in fear or coach in fear'

Jeremy Pruitt had his team ready to go on fourth down Saturday afternoon during a 35-12 win over Missouri at Neyland Stadium. Tennessee went a perfect 4-for-4 on fourth down, with three of the four coming on two touchdown drives that led to an early 14-0 lead.
“I mean, it’s got to be a mindset, you know?” Pruitt said after his team improved to 2-0 through the first two weeks of the season. “I talked to our team about it. We’re not living in fear.”
“All these guys came here with all the unknown,” Pruitt said of the pandemic-altered season. “We didn’t know what to expect with this virus. There wasn’t nothing that happened in the past to draw upon. So we’re sure not going to play in fear or coach in fear.”
