hope we dominate them at home. A 4 point win is a win but shows little improvement and hope for the future but will take it and a 415 passing. Hard to believe 415 passing and still a 1 score game.

I would love for him and all the other Vols to have career days...it’s been a long time since we were on the the giving end of a good ole fashion blow out...but we’ll probably be in a dog fight for 4 quarters.

JG has never thrown for more than 2 TDs in a game against a FBS opponent. Last year he racked up passing yards on chunk plays but almost never pieced them together. Hitting a 40 yd pass followed by 3 incompletions/short gains gives the same points as a 3 and out.

I would give anything if “the lights came on” and JG started tearing this league up. I’m not gonna hate on the kid though. Critique, yes. Personally attack and bash, no. Just not how I roll nowadays. I was a part of that toxic, anti Crompton crew back in my younger, piss and vinegar days.🤷‍♂️

yeah but it's relative. Alabama had 111 yards rushing, the lowest total they've had in over a year, so whatevs.

EDIT: We have 149 rushing yards at halftime, compared to Alabama getting 111 yards the whole game last week -- we're doing great!
