Are you really that surprised a message board 99% populated by men (of varying ages) didn’t wish you Happy Birthday??

It’s kind of what we do....water is not wet, Georgia never wins national championships, Florida fans love jorts, Bama fans love their siblings and men forget birthdays. It’s science really :)

But seriously, happy belated birthday!
Fixed that for ya real quick 😁

I listened to the podcast and their thinking that he’s starting out at RT. I think that’s the wrong move but preferable to a journeyman’s role which doesn’t sell him to NFL scouts. Bottom line is I’d rather he stand out at one spot than be adequate at several. I’ll shut up about it.
I mean, I'm not really trying to debate this, just clarifying my original point. On the whole, I agree with you.

I'll mention this and then duck for cover, lest I draw the ire of a certain doctor. One of my coworkers is in his early 60s and takes 6000 units of D per day. He recently had his level checked: 15ng/ml! Significantly deficient, and half the level of 30ng/ml that appears to be the hard knee in the severity curve. Meaning...even doses that are described by some as being dangerously high (10x the RDA) are not near high enough for some older people. Get your levels checked. Take as much as is required to be comfortably above 30ng/ml, 40-60ng/ml is a good safe level. I take about the same amount as him, but for me that translates to a level of 50ng/ml. There are several others here in their mid 50s all taking about the same amount and they have similar levels to me. The point being that as you age you don't make as much, nor do you absorb it as well. You may be dangerously deficient (from a COVID perspective) and never know it.
Also possible that his supplement is garbage.

There was a study a free years ago where they took supplements of the shelves to test potency and something like 1/3 did not even contain the active ingredient labeled. It’s almost unbelievable.

labdoor.com helps with some testing

This time 40 years ago Ga was preparing to win their last national title and Rocky was in his first reign as Heavyweight champion. I'm sure he installed the hit new arcade game Pacman into his new mansion. Probably went to the movie theater to see the hit new horror movie, The Shining, starring a young Jack Nicholson
This time 40 years ago I was pooping my pants. Somethings nev... anyways, moving on

1. Empty a jar from the fridge.
2. Poop in it and seal the lid
3. Let creativity reign

In my younger days I had a friend from New Zealand who had been a semi-pro rugby player in the UK. He lived with a bunch of other rugby players, and he said they played a game called “hide the poo.” Every roommate hid one of their turds somewhere in the house. The person whose turd was last to be found was the winner. The guy who won hid his in the very back of the freezer.
