The Atlanta Braves

Just went through pitch counts for today’s game. Here is who I think is available tomorrow:

Multiple innings
Webb
Tomlin
Dayton

Single inning
Martin
Melancon
Greene
Minter

With two outs for one batter (cross fingers)
O’Day
Smith

Coldplay, Greene, and Melancon each only threw 11 pitches in G1. All three should be good for 1+, if needed. It would be really nice if the offense could make it a non-factor.

Greene I’m pretty sure you’re right actually. Martin/Melancon haven’t been used more than 1 all year and if they’re used it’s probably gonna be close or you have a good lead and just need one from them.

Trust in Ian ace.

We would maul Sonny in a game 3 tho. He's been extremely hittable since the end of August
I haven't watched the Reds much, but one my dad works with told him Castillo has been hit pretty hard lately as well, he doesnt have much confidence in him and thinks we take it today.

However they decide to do it, there's no way to justify crapping on a fanbase like they have giving the Braves (and Reds for that matter) 2 straight weekday noon starts.
Yep its terrible. And I completely expect it to happen next round as well.( When we make it)

Castillo throws hard but is a fastball/change up guy. He will mix in a slider but it’s more of a change of speed pitch than crazy breaker like Bauer. We got a good tune up for Castillo when we faced Sixto... we got to him the second time we faced him

Fingers are crossed. Would like to see them cruise today. Get Ian through 6 strong and let Tomlin finish if we have a big lead.
