Uga is -21 at home vs usce. A lot could change this week, but adjusting for home/away rn we are probably ~15 point dogs according by Vegas. Too many unknowns this year to be confident in any bet, but it'll be an interesting line to watch next week if we can clean some things up and their offense still looks like trash. I think we have more easily fixable things than they do.
well, UGA plays auburn, and in theory that should be a closer game than us and mizzou...i repeat...in theory....so if we look somewhat impressive, and UGA is underwhelming again, i could see the line in that 7.5-9.5 range...with folks believing that we'll give 'em a game, and UGA's offense simply isn't good enough to throttle anyone yet...but the defense is plenty good enough to defend a 7-10 pt lead at home......

That -21 would have been a preseason betting line and isn’t active now is it ?

if so I’d be surprised

JT was a Helton recruit, Maurer I think has potential but he's also had some SERIOUS injury issues. I think if he can ever manage to get/stay healthy he could push for reps...unfortunately for him I'm not sure that'll happen fast enough with Bailey on campus already and Salter committed.
Agreed, Shrout and Maurer might not be better IN PRACTICE than JG, and thus JG is the best option. I don't think they did a terrible job recruiting Shrout, he was probably the best option we could pull that first year. Maurer was a baller in high school, but has clearly been hindered. Bailey is the kind of recruit I expect Pruitt to pull going forward, and I can't wait to see him get his shot. Doesn't mean he is better than JG right now, though. Hopefully JG can regain his composure and put together a more consistent outing on Saturday. What if he steadily improved every game this year. How would you feel if he crushed FL in game 10???

I hate to wish my life away, but I really am looking forward to Saturday about noon. Kickoff for a home game and the beginning of a week of vacation. Just gotta get through 2 more work days.

I will be in Neyland making up for the reduced number of fans by cheering loud enough for 10.

😅 please ignore me my brain went in 2 different directions reading cat's florida posts...then thinking about uga ahead. It is UF that is -21 this weekend vs usc.

I'l show myself out and take an immediate lap.

Can't even joke about newdz because you're a girl.

That is purely sexist behavior! VolNation bylaws state, "Newdz will be sent to any and ALL members if and when they post their e-mail address on any of the forums. Newdz shall be sent expeditiously to avoid the possible deletion of said e-mail account from the post."

It's all in the book my friend.

I've been very disappointed since he joined ESPN how black boxed all the information behind the SP+ seems to be. His old site had all the detailed advanced stats, which were great.

Do you know if he still posts the link to his Google Sheet with all the team reports?

Think the D plays a stronger game. Not sure Mizzou gets 2 TDs. We should see Middleton back in the rotation on the DL & all those freshman will have a full week with game tape.

I am pretty excited for the game, what’s our time slot again?

I would appreciate some prayers y'all. My best friend's husband was killed in a car crash a week ago. My 19 year old niece has knots on neck, chest and underarms. One on her chest is growing rapidly...from pimple size to over a dime size in 2 weeks. The earliest they can get her in at the cancer center is October 19. Lymphoma runs in the family. We are trying to get her to go through the ER in Murfreesboro or at Vanderbilt, but she is a stubborn teenager that is still trying to come to grips with the possibility. Plus my husband that is an alcoholic is missing more and more work. Was to drunk when he got up today to go. @VolsDoc81TX @Ulysees E. McGill any advice would be appreciated
Certainly am praying for you and your family.

Prayers, for y’all. Losing a spouse is like losing part of yourself and a teenager should never have to even consider having a diagnosis of cancer. I have no words for dealing with alcoholism, have had alcoholics in my family and honestly prayer is the only answer I know.
