I used to be a card dealer and know a thing or two about sports cards. I don't want to burst your bubble that has been inflated from the replies, but keep 2 things in mind:

Condition is very important. A card that's worth $100 in mint condition is worth easily 25% less by simply having one corner not sharp as new, or the card not being perfectly centered. Two or more discrepancies, or something worse than those examples and the value nose dives. A professional appraiser (there are a few you can find online) will look at it under a magnifying glass with a bright light shining on it and any blemish downgrades it from mint and down goes the price. BUT, a card professionally graded is worth more than one not professionally graded of the same condition. The local dealer isn't a professional appraiser.

Whatever the card is worth, a dealer is typically only going to give you 25% or so (could be slightly more or less depending on his/her clientele) of that value. That's how they make their living and stay in business. You could sell on ebay and potentially make more, but...it's ebay and there are hassles involved.

Someone mentioned deanscards.com. You can also check psacard.com for a price guide and guidance and appraisal.

My advice to you is don't listen to any of us here re how much those cards are worth. Take them to a local dealer and see what they offer. But be careful not to get taken.

But also remember, depending on your love of baseball, the cards could be worth far more to you than what someone is willing to pay for them.

A guy hit me up and offered $800 for the mantles, reprint set, and the sets of cards I posted. Doesn’t include a lot of the other sets of stuff I have.

My stepmom is very sick with Covid and double pneumonia, and my 76 year old dad with a bad heart and diabetes is showing symptoms and got tested today but has no results.

Would appreciate prayers..it is what it is.
I’m so sorry to see, especially after every thing you’ve been through this year. Oh course prayers are coming for you and for your families way. I know I don’t have to tell you, but I believe when I bow my head down at night, God has this.

Lol my family came through Scotland to Ireland to Virginia to East Tennessee to Middle Tennessee so you're not better than me.
Mine too! Jamestown, Virginia...into the Appalachians, East Tennessee, Mid Tennessee, all the way through to Oklahoma. There was a long hunter named Hobbs ( one of my ancestors), who was killed by...indians...Native Americans...Daniel Boone adopted his kids.

We had a smoking area for between classes and lunch. Teachers and students smoked together and bummed cigarettes off of each other. Good times
We had an unofficial smoking area behind the Roma’s pizza joint across the street (~2009/2010). Handful of times, Mr. Riley came over during lunch and all the underclassmen would scatter as only seniors were allowed off campus. Saw him rippin a square with some students on more than one occasion. Best history teacher I ever had

That’s like saying this song with drums in it sounds like that song with drums in it.

Drum beat and some guy humming three notes does not equal the real one. You’re just subconsciously making yourself believe it is.

That’s the Great Value Black Sails theme, not the real one.

Most any song written can be rearranged and played in different genres, and with different tempos, but the basic written composition, the chord pattern, of the song remains the same. Just using Zeppelin as an example, Plant has re-recorded number of Zeppelin's blues-based songs here and there overe the years in his later solo recordings and when he has been with different post-Zeppelin groups (Band of Joy, Strange Sensations, Sensational Spaceshifters, etc.), playing different genres, bluegrass/hillbilly, world music, Americana, etc., and while each song is completely rearranged from the original, the base chord progression is still there. That's all I meant. I can easily pick the song's structure out as I listen to the MSU song, especially towards the end when the talking stops and you can listen to the beat.

Yep. My family lineage is TN/NC primarily.

Scotch Irish with some English. But recently found out that my mom’s maternal side is German. Last name was Fulbright, which was Americanized from Vollbrecht.
Research the name. You can find out a lot by doing so. To me, family history is still very important.

Ok you can’t be serious

It’s great any recruit is willing to come on his own and it shows great serous interest In our program. The negative is if they have never to be neyland before they might get a lesser impression on the atmosphere of a game day. it’s some give and take imo
