Silver linings from this game:

#1) In any other year, that awful break that went against USC would go against Tennessee. Nice to be on the other shoe.

#2) We were 0-7 against Muschamp to start his head coaching career. We have now won 2 straight. That's something I guess.

On 3rd and 27, USC had 8 guys in the box.

And we ran the ball.

That is the single biggest indictment of JG possible.

And of JP if he has not been able to get a serviceable QB on roster.

So your grand plan is to throw the ball on 3rd and 27 with the lead and risk an incompletion/int and stop the clock? Short of a miracle, we weren't converting that 3rd down. Run the bawl was the right call.
