Dudes and dudettes, I just called one of my uncles, like I do for about 75% of Vols games. Probably haven't talked to him in 2 months, but he was such a downer. He went on a spirited diatribe of why he no longer gives a sh!t about UT football. I should have seen it coming, because he supposedly stopped watching the NFL a couple years ago. Well, not supposedly, because I have no doubt after that speech. He does have a son in the Air Force, who is going to be a lifer, so I see where he is coming from, but there is a lot anger in him. I don't really want to get into details, but he did grow up in the 70s in Rogersville, Tennessee, fwiw. Anyway, there is big difference in how we feel about things. I told him I didn't want to talk about that political sh!t, he can call me back (he was getting ready to haul off a Maple Tree branch) , if he wants to talk about Tennessee football. He hasn't called back and he's not going to, I know him. Good man, just one thing, I wish I could change about him. Oh well, had to vent. Still family, love him despite his faults, I have plenty myself
Btw, Go Vols ! Beat the 'Cocks !
UT 33
USC 13
Shrout plays a lot, Wideman gets a TD and the OL and RBs put up 250 rushing yards and dominate the line of scrimmage. #0 gets a pick 6, in his home state
