2020 Presidential Race

Several months ago when the talk about Trump not leaving office when he lost started picking up steam, most on here said it was nonsense and several said that if he did refuse, they would support immediate impeachment. Curious to watch how those voices slowly change.
I think that Trump is currently testing the waters to see how much backing he would get from Republicans in Congress if he refused to leave office (regardless of what the election returns showed). McConnell has been saying the right things in the last 24 hours... but he hasn't shown much backbone in the past.

That is irrelevant.

1) Hillary Clinton is not currently an office holder.
2) Hillary Clinton is not on the Democratic Party ticket this year.
3) Joe Biden has said that he will concede defeat if the election returns show Trump with 270 electoral college votes on the night of November 3rd.

This has NOTHING to do with Hillary Clinton.

I agree 100% with this quote from the article:
“Trump’s refusal to commit to the peaceful transfer of power is the behavior of a desperate would-be dictator who’d cling to office even if it meant destroying our democracy,” Clinton tweeted. “It’s pathetic. But because he is the president, we should take his threat seriously.”

This quote:
“But at least we know more about what they’re going to do. And Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances, because I think this is going to drag out and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch.”
I think she went a little to far. She should have said,
"Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances until he is sure the process was legitimate and all votes have been counted."

Hillary Clinton just needs to stay out of it. Everything she says comes across as being sour grapes because she lost 4 years ago. Some of what she said is accurate, but nobody wants to hear it from her. She isn't helping anyone by publicly talking about it.

Ohio is in play? And we give Fox News a hard time (deservedly so) for having biased talk shows, but the reality is, their polling service is one of the best. I would rank it either third or fourth among polling services:

1) Pew Research
2) Monmouth
3) ABC/Washington Post
4) Fox News
5) NBC/Wall Street Journal
6) Siena College/New York Times
7) Emerson
8) Economist/YouGov

Jmo... but I do follow polls pretty closely. All 8 of these are pretty solid.
