Kamala is every bit as far to the left as Bernie. I think they want to keep that under wraps as much as possible by keeping her out of the limelight when they can and having their friends in the media label her a moderate.

Trump shoots himself in the foot enough that their strategy may very well work out for them.

A 77-year-old veteran from California was assaulted for wearing a “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) hat and a “Back the Blue” mask, police said.

The attack happened on September 18 in broad daylight at a post office in Red Bluff, about 130 miles from Sacramento, KRCR reported.

The news station did not identify the man, who said one woman and one man approached him before the attack blindsided him.

“She looked at me and she goes, ‘We just don’t like people like you,’” the man told KRCR. “Just kind of got shocked a little bit and said, ‘Well, that breaks my heart,’ and no sooner out of my mouth, I get hit on the left side of my head.”

The 77-year-old veteran said his attacker put him in a headlock and pummeled him on top of his head.

Former Secretary of State and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tweeted Thursday that President Donald Trump is acting like a “would-be dictator,” claiming he will refuse to allow a peaceful transfer of power in the event Joe Biden wins the election.

“Trump’s refusal to commit to the peaceful transfer of power is the behavior of a desperate would-be dictator who’d cling to office even if it meant destroying our democracy,” Clinton tweeted. “It’s pathetic. But because he is the president, we should take his threat seriously.”

I never do , or pressers or tweets , just like the rest of the politicians it’s all talk leading up to an election . I will if something big happens in the world but that’s about the extent .

Trump apologists are bringing this up as if it offsets what Donald Trump has said, but Hillary Clinton is not currently an office holder, and she is also not on the Democratic Party ticket this year. Joe Biden has said that he will concede defeat if the election returns on the night of November 3rd show that Donald Trump has reached 270 electoral college votes. That renders anything that Hillary Clinton has advised Biden, to be irrelevant. Donald Trump's stance is entirely self-serving and very irresponsible coming from a sitting President. If Donald Trump is serious (and that can be hard to tell with Trump) then his attitude does pose a threat to our democratic system of elections. It is impossible to think anything other than Donald Trump only cares about himself. Donald Trump has never demonstrated that he would act in the best interest of this country, if that act had to be at the expense of his own ambitions.

Several months ago when the talk about Trump not leaving office when he lost started picking up steam, most on here said it was nonsense and several said that if he did refuse, they would support immediate impeachment. Curious to watch how those voices slowly change.
